Days Inn by Wyndham Dallas Plano

Three night stay for work. Request for a quieter room for phone calls and online work was happily accommodated. Wifi was good. Location was set back from the highway and quiet. Parking was plentiful and close to the entrance. Room was clean and well maintained. A few details like stained linens, toilet chain that repeatedly stuck, and mismatched fixture finishes left the updated features still feeling dated and unfinished. Good experience, but won't return here with family. Pictures need to be updated. Exterior is no longer brown brick. It has now been painted blue and white. During my stay in June 2024, the pool was shut down and filled with dirt (see pic).

Was My favorite hotel, but they really need to get a new pool and hottub. Also, a business center would bring more revenue to their business and a more professional crowd. Some of the staff in unreasonable when it come to how you pay for your room because he rather you pay them directly so he forces you to check out then re check in if you next day book through 3rd party app

It's a great hotel to stop in on the north side of Dallas. The rooms and front area have been redone in beautiful colors of blue and yellow. The staff was friendly, and we were able to check in a little early. The location is close to several good places to eat and shop.

The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, providing a truly exceptional five-star service. The room was exceptionally clean and had a pleasant, fresh scent. The sheets were soft and crisp, and everything in the room was in good working order. Also one more thing to know, the remodel looks fabulous and the floors are amazing

Excellent stay! Very welcoming staff. The lady working the front desk was so friendly and helpful! Loved the room we stayed in, great amenities and comfortable bed.

The rooms are clean but dated. It was little things that let it down like mold on the bottom of the curtains. The staff over all were nice but on our arrival the room tag was almost thrown at us and we had to ask where the room was and then where the elevator was.

Me and my husband stayed for the week and had a very pleasant experience. The rooms and lobby were very clean. The staff was friendly but Andy was awesome! He was very helpful and knowledgeable and would definitely return for another trip.

I ADORE this hotel, while trying to plan and prepare for a traveling experience I still have roots close in the area so I stay often! It’s always occupied by great staff such as Macy and Malein (The manager!! Srry if I mispelled) who always keep it clean and a comfortable environment, thankyou! Rooms are ALWAYS nice, very spacious and has nicely sized TVs. Breakfast keeps it simple and quick, it’s also just a considerate based staff so music isn’t loud, they advocate for smoke free rooms. Love it!!
